Per fi sóc un "limitat"! Ahir vaig fer l'examen de moto i el vaig aprovar. Després d'any i mig després de proposar-me com a objectiu el treure'm el carnet de moto gran (l'anomenat de tipus A), ahir el vaig aconseguir. He fet 6 pràctiques al "mòdic" preu de 33 euros la pràctica. L'examen costava 55 euros i les tasses 17 euros. Total: 262 euros. I això només la part pràctica. Suma-li la part teòrica i veuràs que surt una mica car. La moto de l'autoescola, una Yamaha YBR 250, estava una mica tarada tot i tenir un any d'antiguitat. La maneta d'embragatge no anava gaire fina: havia de jugar tota l'estona amb ella per a que la moto no em dongués tirons. Al escalfar-se cada cop es feia més dificil posar punt mort desde segona. Zurrukutuna Soup recipe

This last saturday I visited my mother and she offer me a very good soup she learnt from the cook "Arguiñano" on TV. She is a big fan of the Arguiñano cook, so everything this man does has relevance to her. The thing is that I was so delighted that she wanted me to keep the recipe. The content of the picture has been OCR'ed and edit after it. Sopa Zurrukutuna  ("sorber o chupar" en vasco) Pelar y sofreir unos ajos enteros. Poner 1 cucharada de aceite por comensal. Añadir pan "sopaco" o tostado. Remojar los pimientos (3) choriceros en agua hirviendo 5 minutos. Pan cortado en lonchitas finas o desmenuzado, se añade un trozo de guindilla y una cucharada de pimentón dulce o picante al gusto.
